Google's Swiffy converts Flash to HTML5

Today Google announced their first release of Swiffy - an online tool that allows people to upload their Flash content and have it converted into HTML5 content. You can view a gallery of some example SWF conversions. The initial description gave me the impression it was mostly a tool for converting Flash animations, but the game examples show that keyboard and mouse bindings can translate too, which might give it potential as an HTML5 game converter, down the road
And yes, it will also convert ads:
It’s still an early version, so it won’t convert all Flash content, but it already works well on ads and animations.
It will be interesting to see if those obnoxious Flash ads that permeate the Internet slowly get converted to their HTML5 equivalents.
